At the time, I was focused on my career as a professional rugby player, representing Leeds Rhinos, St Helens, Bradford Bulls, Warrington Wolves, and the Ireland national team. But I soon realised that having an income alone wasn’t enough to create the wealth and freedom I wanted for my future. I knew I needed to do more — I needed to make my money work for me.

That’s when I discovered property investing, and it completely changed my life. Since then, I’ve completed over 10 projects and built a seven-figure property portfolio. Property has given me the financial freedom to plan for life beyond sport and create a legacy that lasts.
