1. Free strategy call. We confirm your capital position, timeline and which strategy fits.
2. Deal sourcing. We find opportunities that meet our investment standard, not just any deal.
3. Purchase management. We coordinate the full purchase process through to completion.
4. Refurbishment. Our own contractor network, project managed by us from start to finish.
5. Lettings and handover. Tenanted, managed and income producing. Done.

Every deal meets a defined investment standard before it ever reaches a client. We invest in the same markets using the same criteria. We only put forward what we would buy ourselves.
